Phase I Environmental Site Assessment

A thorough review of site history, regulatory records, and land use to identify Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs). Required for real estate transactions and financing.

  • ASTM E1527-21 compliant
  • Turnaround: 5–10 business days
  • Historical records & aerial photo review
  • Valid for 180 days (CERCLA AAI)
02 — Investigation

Phase II Subsurface Investigation

When Phase I identifies potential contamination, Phase II confirms it through soil and groundwater sampling, lab analysis, and detailed regulatory reporting.

  • EPA-standard sampling protocols
  • Certified laboratory partners
  • Contamination delineation mapping
  • Full regulatory correspondence
03 — Spill Response

Oil Spill Response & Containment

Rapid deployment of our proprietary oil-absorbing boom technology for water bodies and coastal spill events. Proven in large-scale disaster response.

  • Emergency spill response
  • Patented oil-absorbing booms
  • Water body surface cleanup
  • Gulf of Mexico field-tested

Soil & Land Reclamation

Restoration of hydrocarbon-contaminated soils using innovative bioremediation and physical treatment methods developed through two decades of research.

  • Petroleum-contaminated soil treatment
  • Patented reclamation methodology
  • Vegetation re-establishment support
  • Regulatory compliance documentation
05 — Water

Water Body Protection & Restoration

Containment and removal of oil, chemical, and biological contaminants from rivers, lakes, and coastal areas using patented floating boom systems.

Field-Deployed Technology

Tested in the Gulf of Mexico

Our containment technology was deployed during one of the largest environmental disasters in history — the Deepwater Horizon oil spill.

In 2010, the Deepwater Horizon blowout released approximately 4.9 million barrels of crude oil into the Gulf of Mexico. Our patented oil-absorbing boom technology was deployed in active cleanup operations, proving its effectiveness at scale.

"Our technology doesn't just contain — it absorbs. The difference is critical when protecting sensitive coastlines and marine ecosystems."

Our floating containment systems (Patents No. 2408626 and No. 2447229) are engineered for real-world conditions: strong currents, open water deployment, and long-duration operations.

This same technology is available for emergency response contracts, municipal water protection, and industrial spill preparedness programs across Florida and the Gulf Coast.
